JD Rant – Low Flow Toilets
Happy Friday Everyone! I apologize, in advance, but sometimes I just need to get some things off my chest. One of those times is now.
I recently had to have low flow toilets installed in the building that I manage. Sure they’re touted to “save water” and thus, the environment, but is the full story more complicate and dare I say “messy”???
As is the case lately, this was shot with the Nokia Lumia 1020 with the Cast & Crew of 1, in my apartment. Enjoy!
Ladies and gentleman, I present to you the newest JD Rants and the topic is “Low Flow Toilets”. Seriously, if you have to flush it 174 times are you SAVING water? Oh, and another thing…wait, I’ll just play the video now.

In fact, there are toilets that have two settings, toilets that are pressure assisted and a whole variety of styles to chose from. Someone in your organization didn’t do their homework. I have been using ULFTs for 15 years or more. I’ve had no more problems than with the old fashioned type.
This is an apartment building, so I’m certain that cost was a major deciding factor. 🙂 Besides, if I found the best of everything, how could I ever rant?
