Lumia 1020 Photo Roundup

It’s been a while since I’ve done a entry that’s just about photography on the Lumia 1020.  It’s not that I’ve stopped taking photos, but I’ve settled into a posting them in a places with a built in photographic community.  You can regularly find my pictures on my Flickr account and my Phonetogaphs Blog and in the Fhotoroom community.

The picture above is one of my favorites from this device. I love the contrasts of color and texture.

I called this the “Sunny Side of Traffic”

This is the décor of the outside seating area of a restaurant on the Sunset Strip here in Los Angeles.

Cheers to you from this scene at a great event, the Winter Festival at my friends’ place in Long Beach.

This is a panoramic shot using Nokia’s Panorama app.  They changed the app to allow the camera to be in portrait aspect while taking the panorama.  This scene from 1st Congregational Church of Long Beach serves as a perfect “model”.

I took some picture of a vacant apartment for rent and besides the big views of the rooms, I took some close-ups of different features. This one is a cool shot of the stove.

I love this.  I saw this puddle and it was give a perfect reflection of the trees above.

Right next to the reflecting puddle was this sight.

Palm Christmas trees are…I don’t know what they are, but I snapped it.

Hidden fountain found in the courtyard of a building down the street.

This was the end of ‘Movember.  Had to shave the stache’ off.

This strange stuff kept falling from the sky and stuck to stuff.

All mixed up.  This is actually three pictures put together in a collage.  I used the 6Tag app to make this collage.

Lovely West Hollywood evening at the Guarriello Veteran’s Memorial Park.

Thankful for good friends that took me in for Thanksgiving!

I’m so lucky to have amazing things in my neighborhood.  The House of Blues counts as a featured attraction within walking distance.
