Waiting on a Fortune

A pleasant surprise is coming my way.

I love Toi Thai restaurant on Sunset. I usually like to to go there with awesome people. Last week, I did go there with a most awesome person, named ME!

I had a lovely lunch with lovely lunch special pricing. The lunch was good, but u was waiting for my fortune cookie. I broke it open and it read that a pleasant surprise is coming my way.

Would it be riches, love, or what? Would I find out some cool family history or would I soon make history? It’s been over a week and nothing. I mean, it’s been pleasant, but nothing surprisingly so.

I’m a little disappointed. If you can’t trust a fortune cookie, we’re just wandering aimlessly. Be better, cookie. Be better.
